Role

The Growth Manager is responsible for acquiring new users through paid marketing campaigns for PayJoy's Credit Line / Card and Phone Finance businesses. This involves working on growth across several countries, spanning mobile apps, online-to-offline, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, execute, and iterate campaigns including media buying and campaign optimisation across channels (social media, affiliate, influencer, SEO / SEM, etc).
  2. Build and maintain structured testing roadmap for content, channel, platform, and audiences, prioritising experiments based on impact and learning potential.
  3. Implement campaign tracking to ensure clarity on attribution and incrementality.
  4. Innovate and optimise campaign content and ad formats to drive conversion, partnering with design and creative teams.
  5. Analyse campaign results and interpret patterns and trends in data to optimise campaign value against cost.
  6. Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven results in B2C performance marketing, ideally with hands-on campaign management and test design in Fintech, E-commerce, and/or Retail.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, analytics, and creative stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute experimentation roadmaps.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing and an instinct for ad formats and creatives that convert.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and confidence navigating ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with managing creative workflows and feedback loops.
Desirable
  • Understanding of statistical methods (A/B Testing) and familiarity with geo-lift, MMM, and MTA tools.
