Placements24 is seeking a Lead Strategy Consultant to drive growth and innovation for Cape Town clients. You will lead corporate and business unit strategies, guide executive teams, and shape market entry and expansion initiatives.

This senior role requires 8+ years in strategy consulting or related fields, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a track record of mentoring diverse teams in high-pressure environments.

Formación

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or venture capital.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional strategic projects.
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks, market analysis techniques, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with storytelling through data.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working with clients in diverse sectors, including technology, consumer goods, and financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies, focusing on market entry, expansion, and innovation.
• Conduct extensive market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive intelligence to identify actionable growth opportunities.
• Advise C-suite executives on strategic decision-making, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Design and manage innovation frameworks, incubation programs, and new venture development.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and executive retreats.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, business models, and industry disruptors relevant to client challenges.
