Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support leadership in shaping and executing strategy across the financial services sector and enterprise client segments. The role combines market and competitor analysis, financial modelling, and business case development to inform investments, growth, and go-to-market planning.

You will engage with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, build KPI dashboards, and prepare executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or financial services analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel; experience building scenario-based models).
• Proven ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of financial services sector dynamics and enterprise client needs.

Responsibilities

• Market and industry analysis across banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, and wealth/asset management.
• Track competitors and peers; produce regular insight briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Size markets and identify growth opportunities within enterprise accounts.
