Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure that basic customer details held in the system are accurate, and note follow-up actions and actions taken during each sales call.
• Interview the customer following a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and provide a first contact for resolving queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work meets quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and assist others by following procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals from existing customers.
• Select data from information provided and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value by participating in a network of people, technologies, and ideas inside and outside the company.
