Old Mutual Limited is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to work across Potchefstroom, Stilfontein and Wolmaranstad. You will perform standard customer service, assess compliance, greet visitors, and maintain accurate CRM data while developing client relationships and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, prospecting, and following mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused financial advisory or sales environments.
• Ability to follow a multilevel sales script and document interactions.
• Strong data entry and CRM record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and route complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure customer details in the CRM are accurate and note follow-ups.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using the sales script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and be first contact for queries.
• Follow procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and introductions.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats and network effectively.
