Job summary

PPS Recruitment is seeking a Growth Support role focused on adviser engagement and analytical support. You will assist the Growth Partner with quote progression, relationship building, and upsell opportunities while delivering training and process improvements to advisers and staff.

The role is entry-level, requiring a postgraduate background (preferred) with a basic understanding of financial services, strong attention to detail, and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the eyes and ears of the Growth Team by identifying process, system, service, and operational challenges that may impact adviser experience or business growth.
• Capture and share meaningful feedback with Product, Underwriting, and relevant internal teams on adviser needs, competitor activity, market trends, and recurring pain points seen or heard in the field.
• Help win adviser support by ensuring every interaction, process improvement, and service response makes it simpler and faster to do business with glu, while adding value to advisers and their staff.
• Professional adviser interactions, deep relationships with adviser panel and support staff, adviser training and adoption of financial togetherness solutions, tools, and processes.
• Ownership of service outcomes when commitments are not met; deliver a consistently professional, responsive, and value-adding experience in every adviser interaction.
