Initiate in Cape Town is seeking an Acquisition Manager to lead customer acquisition and performance growth within a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will own the acquisition strategy, optimize the customer journey, and coordinate paid media, affiliates, content, social media and SEO to drive new customers and first-time deposits.

The role demands strong analytical and commercial thinking, a data-driven approach, and a track record of testing and optimisation to scale high-ROI campaigns

Qualifications

• 4+ years of acquisition, growth, or performance marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Paid Media campaign management and budgeting.
• Commercially focused with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Manage acquisition budgets, forecasts, and performance objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve registrations, conversions and first-time deposits.
• Continuously optimise the acquisition funnel through testing and experimentation.
• Coordinate Affiliate, Content, Social Media and SEO activities to support growth.
