Groups and Incentives Operations Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute land tour programs and events.
  2. Support administrative preparation and management of travel files, ensuring operational efficiency and quality control.
  3. Travel with groups and assist on-site coordination as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the Reservations and Operations Managers to ensure profitability and margin compliance.
  5. Support the Groups & Incentives team and maintain good partner relationships.
  6. Monitor service level adherence by suppliers.
  7. Assist with travel documentation and schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  8. Ensure compliance with travel restrictions during group operations.
  9. Provide recommendations to improve guest experience and customer service.
  10. Handle client/guest complaints promptly and escalate as necessary.
  11. Be on call for emergencies and coordinate with clients and regional managers.
  12. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • At least 4-5 years of inbound tour consulting experience.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the tourism industry, destinations, and customer expectations.
  • Understanding of crisis management and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reservation systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and creative skills.
