Role: Campaign Manager

Reporting to: Head of Services/Agency Performance Lead

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Overview:

Manages the implementation, monitoring and optimization of Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter or any other media channel assigned by the Agency Performance Lead or Head of Services.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the implementation and configuration of campaigns;
• Optimizes campaigns across channels and delivery systems and inventory types to ensure they meet committed customer performance expectations;
• Monitors the progress of the campaign as agreed with the planners;
• Formulates requirements for tracking (including generating scripts and verifying script implementation on client sites);
• Manages reporting on campaign performance and performance indicators;
• Manages financial reporting using the CSS agency.

Education, skills and behaviours:

• Native Romanian;
• Ideally, a degree in computer science, mathematical economics, statistics or engineering;
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Numerate and analytical;
• Proficient in English;
• PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Demonstrable account management skills;
• Very good communication skills;
• Good analytical skills to identify consumer journey planning;
• Good target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work effectively to targets.
