Our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town requires a skilled Inbound Travel Specialist with strong experience in event coordination, itinerary planning, and managing time-sensitive tasks.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating tailored, unforgettable travel experiences for our valued clients.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A Qualification in Tourism
• 5 years’ experience in a Senior Inbound Consultant position
• High attention to detail
• Being able to work extended hours during peak season
• Exceptional Multitasking ability
• Good communication skills
• Working under pressure and a team player
• Minimum five years’ experience in travel and South African travel leisure market

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Detailed travel plans for group clients travelling to Southern Africa.
• Ensure you are delivering the best quality package for the group as per their budget and needs.
• Event coordination to fit in with group requirements
• Create and compile complex itineraries arranging everything with all details from A – Z
• Oversee accommodation details per group
• Keep to the deadlines
• Effective liaison with all parties up to finalisation
• Follow up on quotations building relationships further
• Ensure confirmation, invoice and booking process is all done timeously.
• Extensive liaison on incoming questions as per group tour
• Make sure all cancellation policies are in place
• Negotiation on rates and checking in with Management
• Be available for after hour questions enquiries for group bookings
