Purpose Of The Job

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

1. Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or in a similar role.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Ability to handle diverse groups and complex situations with ease.
5. Proficiency in using relevant tools or technologies.
6. Additional qualifications or certifications relevant to the position.

Job Responsibilities

As a Facilitator at Procera, you will play a crucial role in guiding groups through interactive and productive sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead workshops, meetings, and training interventions that drive results and promote a positive learning experience. The ideal candidate should be flexible with operating in a 24/7 working environment.
