Description

The PSG Technology Chief Information Officer leads technology implementations aligned with the PSG Support function strategy. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and business heads to deliver suitable technology platforms for PSG businesses, including Wealth, Insure, Asset Management, and Distribution. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, modernizing technology, influencing business plans and strategy, managing IT Governance, Budgets, Audit, Risk, Demand, Team Leadership, and ensuring Information and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve PSG’s Group Platforms in applications, data, tech, and security
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cloud-ready
  • Guide system, data, and integration alignment across BUs
  • Contribute to Information Security strategy, embedding secure-by-design principles
  • Manage teams via performance management, demand, capacity, and career development
  • Handle audits, risks, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Manage budgets and financials effectively
  • Act as the internal owner and operational lead for shared IT platforms (e.g., identity, integration, content, cloud)
  • Maintain platform roadmaps, upgrade schedules, lifecycle plans, and vendor relationships
  • Manage SLAs, support models, and licensing requirements
  • Coordinate incident resolution, patching, and service availability for group platforms
  • Own issue escalation processes and cross-team support coordination
  • Partner with InfoSec to ensure platform compliance and audit readiness
  • Support solution delivery by providing platform readiness assessments and integration reviews
  • Ensure platform dependencies and technical risks are visible across the delivery portfolio
  • Align platform configurations and patterns with evolving business and digital needs
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD tooling adoption across teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Computer Science or Information Technology related degree
  • Minimum 8 Years relevant experience in managing technology teams
