Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy and budget development and execution.
  2. Digital marketing and SEO management.
  3. Paid advertising and lead generation management.
  4. Brand and community management.
  5. Data, analytics, and performance management.
  6. Staff management and development.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent is essential.
  2. At least 3 years of experience at a senior level managing multiple brands, driving brand success, and showcasing results through impactful ROI, with digital marketing at the forefront.
  3. Ability to develop and implement strategies, systems, and processes.
  4. Excellent people management and engagement skills.
  5. Budget and operational management, reporting, and analytics.
  6. Ability to embrace new ideas and processes, execute them, and meet deadlines.
  7. Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets.
  8. Experience in lead generation, data-driven decision-making, and paid advertising management.
  9. Excellent digital media skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, SEO, strategy, analysis, and optimization.
