Group Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant experience (advantageous).
  • Must have own transport.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to the Company's brand strategy.
    • Monitor the Company's digital footprint, including social media platforms, website updates, and content performance.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and drive innovation.
    • Keep up to date with AI advancements and marketing trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  2. Campaign & Content Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of all TTL (Through-The-Line) marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above-The-Line) such as TV, radio, and billboards, as well as BTL (Below-The-Line) such as print, digital, and events.
    • Manage the development, design, distribution, and tracking of marketing materials.
    • Assist in brainstorming creative advertising concepts with senior management.
    • Ensure the company website remains fresh and relevant with up-to-date content.
  3. Event & Promotion Coordination
    • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and internal staff events to support brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage The Company Ezintsha Sleep Clinic, overseeing end-to-end execution.
    • Manage the Company's online merchandising store, overseeing end-to-end execution including selection, advertising, and distribution.
  4. Budget & Performance Management
    • Track and manage the group's marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Provide monthly reports comparing actual spend vs. budgeted figures.
    • Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimise future strategies.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams, field representatives, retailers, and key stakeholders.
    • Support database development, social media platforms, and content marketing initiatives.
    • Assist with ad hoc marketing-related requests and problem-solving.
