Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant experience (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to the Company's brand strategy.
Monitor the Company's digital footprint, including social media platforms, website updates, and content performance.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and drive innovation.
Keep up to date with AI advancements and marketing trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Campaign & Content Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of all TTL (Through-The-Line) marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above-The-Line) such as TV, radio, and billboards, as well as BTL (Below-The-Line) such as print, digital, and events.
Manage the development, design, distribution, and tracking of marketing materials.
Assist in brainstorming creative advertising concepts with senior management.
Ensure the company website remains fresh and relevant with up-to-date content.
Event & Promotion Coordination
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and internal staff events to support brand awareness and engagement.
Manage The Company Ezintsha Sleep Clinic, overseeing end-to-end execution.
Manage the Company's online merchandising store, overseeing end-to-end execution including selection, advertising, and distribution.
Budget & Performance Management
Track and manage the group's marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide monthly reports comparing actual spend vs. budgeted figures.
Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimise future strategies.
