The Group Manager : Transfer Pricing will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with global transfer pricing regulations, managing risks, and optimizing intercompany pricing strategies to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies that align with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and manage intercompany pricing strategies for goods, services, intellectual property, and financing arrangements.
- Monitor and adapt transfer pricing policies to address evolving business models and regulatory changes.
- Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, local regulations, and BEPS Action Plans.
- Manage transfer pricing compliance activities, including preparation of local files, master files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Ensure accurate reporting of transfer pricing positions in tax filings and financial statements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate transfer pricing risks, ensuring alignment with global and local regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex transfer pricing issues.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, and operations teams to assess transfer pricing implications of business initiatives, restructurings, and transactions.
- Provide strategic advice on cross-border transactions, supply chain optimization, and M&A activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on transfer pricing matters.
- Lead and mentor transfer pricing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing regulations and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of technology solutions to streamline transfer pricing processes and improve data accuracy.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and reporting capabilities.
