Job summary

WNS South Africa is seeking a Group Manager for the Nightshift USA campaign. Lead high performing teams, drive target achievement and ensure quality customer outcomes for US insurance accounts. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on coaching to optimise night-time operations.

Based in Cape Town, you will align with US time zones and manage the end-to-end delivery of key processes in a dynamic BPM environment.

Qualifications

Grade 12 education is required.
Experience managing US-based night-shift campaigns is essential.
Strong leadership and performance management skills.
