- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of technology systems.
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within an adopted project management framework.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and supervise day-to-day technology operations, ensuring optimal data availability and minimal network downtime.
- Align technology team structure to ensure optimal efficiency and delivery against agreed priorities.
- Coordinate and provide guidance to technology managers, fostering a culture of leadership, career development, and coaching for success among technology professionals.
Reporting and Advisory
- Report key metrics to senior stakeholders, including business executives, facilitating informed decision-making on technology-related matters.
- Provide recommendations and areas for action or improvement that align with the technology strategy and business objectives.
Innovation and Technology Trends
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
