Join to apply for the Group FP&A Data Analyst role at M+C Saatchi Group. M+C Saatchi Group is looking for a talented, high-energy Group FP&A Data Analyst to drive analysis and reporting across the group.

This role reports to the Group Commercial Finance Manager within the Group Finance team and is key to supporting high-margin growth strategies.

About The Role

The Group FP&A Data Analyst supports the development of business intelligence capabilities related to Group reporting cycles, engaging with regional and divisional heads across the UK, Asia, Europe, EMEA, Australia, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize financial infrastructure and databases to enhance data utilization for analytics and decision-making.
2. Propose innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to improve data visualization and reporting, focusing on:

• Enhancing Group reporting and analytical capabilities for efficiency.
• Adding commercial dimensions to portfolio analysis for strategic insights.
• Streamlining regional reporting with BI-driven processes.
• Collaborating with the Group Finance Systems team to improve ERP and forecasting systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).

Lead Business Intelligence report and data warehouse development, including designing data models, dashboards, and documentation, and fostering a data-driven culture within the finance team.

Manage stakeholder queries and develop key dashboards for pipeline/revenue, headcount, P&L, working capital, cash flow, and portfolio analysis.

Support analytical capability enhancements, including partner collaborations on NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and other systems, and contribute to client profitability projects.

About You

This position is ideal for a BI or Data Analyst with experience in Power BI, data modeling, and a strong analytical mindset. Candidates should possess:

• Substantial BI/Data analysis experience, especially with Power BI.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English; finance background and experience with NetSuite or Planning systems are advantageous.
