Group Financial Manager

We're seeking a seasoned, experienced, commercially minded Group Financial Manager to join a fast-growing, socially minded investing holding company, to be based in Rosebank, Gauteng.

The company owns commercial enterprises.

You will work very closely with the CEO and be required to have strategic Group oversight while understanding the individual businesses within the Group.

You will be able to operate at both Group and Subsidiary levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Consolidate Group Management Accounts.
2. Manage Group Treasury and ensure fund optimization.
3. Understand and question individual Group company profit and working capital drivers.
4. Manage working capital.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. CA(SA); CGMA; AGA(SA); PA(SA) or suitably qualified.
2. At least 10 years of experience in a mid to senior level financial position (required).
3. Experience as a Group and subsidiary Financial Manager.
4. Strong commercial acumen, but also comfortable getting "hands dirty".
5. Strong Excel and modelling abilities required.
