Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full accounting function in all subsidiaries and ensure all transactions comply with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee the monthly financial reporting of all Group companies within allocated month-end deadlines.
- Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and ensure high work quality levels/standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems across all group subsidiaries.
- Assist all Finance team members with any accounting-related inquiries.
- Perform and manage yearly Budget preparation of all group subsidiaries.
- Ensure effective process flow and time frames and ensure adherence to organization protocols, policies & procedures.
- Manage the yearly audit and preparation of the Financial Statements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Qualified CA
- Management experience will be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel abroad on short notice.
- Candidate must be in the office daily. No hybrid hours.
