Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full accounting function in all subsidiaries and ensure all transactions comply with applicable accounting standards.
  • Oversee the monthly financial reporting of all Group companies within allocated monthend deadlines
  • Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and ensure high work quality levels / standards
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls accounting policies and financial systems across all group subsidiaries
  • Assist all Finance team members with any accounting related enquiries
  • Perform and manage yearly Budget preparation of all group subsidiaries
  • Ensure effective process flow and time frames and ensure adherence to organisation protocols policies & procedures.
  • Manage the yearly audit and preparation of the Financial Statements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements :

  • Qualified CA
  • Management experience will be advantageous

  • Must be willing to travel abroad on short notice.
  • Candidate must be in the office daily. No hybrid hours
