Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking an accomplished financial leader to head the Group’s financial control, reporting, risk management and financing activities in Stellenbosch. You will oversee month-end, consolidations, and provide strategic insights to EXCO and the Board.

With a CA(SA) or CIMA qualification and 10+ years in financial management, you will guide budgeting, treasury and working capital management, while mentoring the finance team and driving process improvements across

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant financial management experience.
• Experience with commodity/agricultural trading, risk management, treasury, trade finance or group finance.
• Experience with SAFEX, futures contracts and hedging instruments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, management accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with inventory valuations and working capital management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• ERP and trading system experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
