Group Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-driven Group Financial Manager to join our finance team. This is a senior-level role ideal for a CA(SA) or ACCA-qualified professional, looking to step into a high-responsibility role within a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
2. Full cash flow management for the group across multiple management companies
3. Authorise and approve all electronic payments with the CFO
4. Prepare and update daily dashboard reporting for internal stakeholders
5. Compile interest and admin fee income provisions across all floorplan financing activities
6. Oversee and sign off on VAT submissions and returns across all entities
7. Handle group-related taxation matters in conjunction with the assistant financial manager / tax manager
8. Communicate with SARS on all VAT and Tax-related matters
9. Compile and submit monthly management accounts for CFO review and approval
10. Manage treasury functions and investor communication requirements
11. Lead financial year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors

Minimum Requirements:

1. CA(SA) or ACCA qualified
2. Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
3. Advanced Excel skills and full proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
4. 5+ years of relevant financial management experience preferred
