• Full Financial management and control function.
• Review and amend annual operational and financial budgets.

• Prepare, analyze and review management accounts.
• Manage cash flow planning and management.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Manage financial and management reporting processes.
• Prepare and compile quarterly board packs.
• Prepare group consolidated annual financial statements and manage audits.
• Maintain capital development budget for operations and new developments.
• Train and manage financial control framework and systems.

Duties includes:

• Full Financial management and control function
• Review and amendment of annual operational and financial budgets
• Consolidation of group accounts
• Preparation, analysis and review of management accounts
• Cash flow planning and management
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of internal controls
• Manage financial and management reporting process
• Preparation and compilation of quarterly board packs
• Group consolidated annual financial statement preparation and manage annual financial audit
• Preparation and maintenance of capital development budget for existing operations and any new developments
• Setup, implementation, training and management of overall financial control framework, accounting and financial systems and processes
