A leading company seeks a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all finance functions, ensuring compliance and providing strategic insights to support senior management decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong budgeting experience, analytical skills, and a Chartered Accountant qualification, with a proven track record in team management. Purpose of the job:
Responsible for all finance functions and tasks for all entities. Ensures statutory and tax compliance; creates and implements policies and procedures. Supports the senior management team by offering insights and financial advice, in strategic planning and analysis that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Key relationships: External: Debtors & Creditors, Banks, Investors and Funders, External Auditors. Internal: Finance Team, Operations Team and HOD, EXCO, Internal Auditors.
Critical experience: At least 5-10 years' experience in a senior finance role. Strong budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Microsoft skills. SAGE experience preferred. Audit knowledge. Proven track record of mentoring, managing, and training employees. Excellent reporting writing skills. Excellent track record in managing teams across the Globe. Strong analytical skills. Excellent IFRS knowledge and experience.
Minimum Education: Registered Chartered Accountant.

Know the Business: Shows understanding of issues relevant to the broad organization and business; keeps that knowledge up-to-date; has and uses cross functional knowledge.
Manage Profitability: Emphasizes the need to contribute to the organisation's profitability; makes decisions that enhance the organisation's financial position.
Develop Systems and Processes: Identifies and implements effective processes and procedures for accomplishing work.
Key Performance areas: Audit, Acquisitions, Disposals, Financial Management, Group reporting, Budget Planning and forecast, Treasury, Employee management, Ad Hoc and Miscellaneous.
