About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Group Finance Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across their global entities. This role involves managing the full spectrum of financial activities, including monthly accounts, tax, audits, and treasury, while building scalable systems to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Management Accounting & Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities; drive month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee payroll, AP, and AR processes; manage financial operations in Xero; oversee treasury functions.
  • Regulatory & Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit regulatory returns; manage tax compliance; coordinate annual tax filings.
  • Audit & Financial Controls: Lead annual audits; ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support the COO in financial reporting and forecasting; conduct variance analysis; develop management reporting.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support system enhancements and group restructuring; contribute to process automation.

Capabilities & Experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CA(SA))
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualified experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Xero or similar systems.
  • Comfortable working independently.
