Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance department, managing all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations regarding cost reduction, revenue growth strategies, and overall financial health.
• Develop comprehensive short- and long-term financial forecasts and models based on market trends, historical data, and business objectives.
• Manage cash flow, establish financial controls, and ensure the company maintains strong liquidity and financial stability.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
• Build and manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Communicate financial insights and data-driven recommendations clearly to executives and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance management roles.
• Experience in the lead generation or digital marketing industry is advantageous.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing financial systems and processes.
