Job summary

Luzuko Group of Companies is seeking a Group Financial Manager to lead the finance function across its various businesses. You will turn accurate reporting and strong controls into useful commercial insight for the leadership team.

Based in Johannesburg, this full-time, in-office role reports to EXCO. You will drive group reporting, month-end closings, consolidations and management accounts, own budgets and forecasts, manage cash flow and treasury priorities, strengthen controls and audit

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
SAICA articles or equivalent training preferred.
Experience in group finance reporting across multiple entities.
Strong management accounting, forecasting and cash flow skills.
Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting systems capability.

Responsibilities

Lead group reporting, month-end, consolidations and management accounts across multiple entities.
Own budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and decision support for EXCO.
Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury priorities.
Strengthen financial controls, governance, policies and audit readiness.
Oversee tax and statutory compliance, including VAT, PAYE, UIF and SDL.
Guide accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany transactions and fixed assets.
Lead and develop the finance team while improving systems, processes and dashboards.
