Purpose of the Role: The Finance Graduate Trainee Programme has been designed to give exposure within the Finance spectrum. This programme will provide an opportunity to see how we manage the Finances of the Bayer SA Divisions. Our aim is to develop our future leaders with a functional talent programme through a central assignment.
