Purpose of the Role
The Finance Graduate Trainee Programme has been designed to give exposure within the Finance spectrum. This programme will provide an opportunity to see how we manage the Finances of the Bayer SA Divisions. Our aim is to develop our future leaders with a functional talent programme through a central assignment. The Trainee programme contains projects that will challenge you, mentors who will help you to grow, and training to fast-track your personal development.
During the Rotational Program you will be given a deep insight into the various functions in Finance. Rotation will be discussed with the trainee within the Finance and Tax Team. In the role, you will support Finance activities in the country:
Bachelor Honours in Accounting or any other relevant/equivalent title in Finance.
Working Experience – 0-2 Years.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural environment.
Enthusiasm for the Finance Portfolio.
