Group Executive : Strategy And Business Development

A leading organization in the transport sector is seeking a Group Executive: Strategy & Business Development to provide strategic leadership in shaping business direction, driving growth, and enhancing competitive market positioning.

This role is instrumental in ensuring long-term business stability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development, review, and execution of strategy and business plans.
2. Identify and drive new business opportunities, including expanding passenger services, customer base retention, and entry into new markets.
3. Manage and foster key stakeholder relationships.
4. Evaluate and lead mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives to enhance market presence and operational capabilities.
5. Provide strategic reporting and advisory services to support executive decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications:

2. 15+ years in strategy or business development, with at least 5 years at an executive level in passenger transport, rail logistics, or related infrastructure sectors.
3. Master's degree (MBA / MBL) is an added advantage.

1. 24 / 7 availability and flexibility with extended working hours.
2. Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
