Job description

MISSION: To oversee, optimise and direct the organisation’s operations and drive operational efficiencies in all PRASA’s operating divisions in line with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

• Develop the Operations strategy and framework

• Oversee and direct Group Operations

• Management of stakeholder relationships

• Direct and oversee Operations governance, compliance, and risk management

•Management of organizational resources.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Contract, people and financial management principles and practices

• Risk and project management principles and practices

EXPERIENCE: 15 years in a multi-functional organization (10 – 15bn expenditure, ≥10 000 employees) of which 5 years should be at executive level
