The ideal candidate has a BCom degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management. Strong administrative skills and computer proficiency are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Business Risk Management.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are beneficial.
  • Retail experience will be beneficial.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of risk awareness initiatives, ERM training, Risk workshops, and change management programs
  • Share risk insights with business units and engage them on risk responses and mitigation strategies
  • Continuously monitor and update emerging risks, risk events, and risk incidents using tools including AI.
  • Support the development of processes and tools to enhance ERM effectiveness
  • Provide user support to business users on risk tools and processes including TFG GRC tool
  • Lead scenario planning and predictive analytics, including horizon scanning, emerging risk identification, KRIs, and macroeconomic trend analysis
  • Maintaining the business risk registers
  • Arranging and co-ordinating risk meetings with the business divisions
  • Identify risks for the group through industry forums, local and global media and other public sources
  • Maintaining the Executive Risk Committee meeting agenda and minutes
  • Design presentations for various audiences
  • Co-ordinating the Board Risk Committee publications
  • Any adhoc functions as and when required to do so
Qualifications And Experience
  • BCom degree in: Risk Management/ Internal Audit /Business Management /Finance / Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Business Risk Management
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP); Certified
  • Internal Auditor (CIA) ISO 31000 Risk Management Certification will be beneficial
  • Retail experience will be beneficial
