Join our client as a Group Consolidation and Reporting Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in consolidating financial reports and ensuring compliance with international standards. Responsibilities :

  1. Lead the consolidation of financial reports for the group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  2. Provide expert technical accounting guidance and support on new accounting standards.
  3. Manage external audits and ensure compliance with tax legislation including VAT and transfer pricing.
  4. Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes to align with business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including actuarial teams and external auditors.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience.
  2. Strong technical expertise in IFRS and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  3. Experience in managing large group consolidations.
  4. Experience in the insurance industry and IFRS 17 implementation.
  5. Tax and audit experience.
  6. Exposure to financial operations in Africa.
