Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily finance operations ensuring accuracy, compliance and internal controls across multiple entities
  • Manage group cash flow, payments and asset controls while ensuring adherence to funding covenants and financial obligations
  • Deliver accurate monthly reporting, consolidations and performance analysis against budgets and strategic goals
  • Prepare and review annual financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards; liaise with external auditors to meet statutory deadlines
  • Support governance by participating in executive meetings, board processes and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and monitor group-wide financial performance and cost control
  • Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and support strategic growth initiatives
  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team ensuring alignment with business objectives and professional growth
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and implement group strategy, transformation initiatives and system improvements
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 15 years post-article experience with proven progression into a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record in financial reporting, budgeting and compliance within a complex multi-entity environment
  • Leading or managing external audits and liaising with auditors and regulators
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems and exposure to process automation or systems improvement projects
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at Exco and Board level
