Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management and/or marketing management
- Experience in managing a sales and marketing team
- Working knowledge & execution of sales rollout
- Experience to form part of the Executive team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Results driven and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing budgets and drive profitability successfully
- High-energy, professionally conducted applicant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading brand strategy to ensure alignment and differentiation in market.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Guiding and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
- Partnering with product, sales, and digital teams to create a unified go-to-market approach
- Finding solutions to change and target the correct messaging for various projects
- Accurate and relevant reporting of ongoing marketing and sales progress
- Tracking of sales progress from inception to transfer
- Driving lead generation, sales strategy and execution
- Drive consistent brand positioning
