Group Brand Ambassador (Polokwane)

Job Purpose

Marketing and promoting iMasFinance Value Proposition and product offerings to existing and potential Employer Partner Companies / Stakeholder Organizations.

The implementation of our Employer Partner relationship, marketing and communication strategy in Polokwane and around Limpopo Province.

Job Outputs

1. Ensure the implementation of marketing plans within Employer Partners.
2. Create industry awareness and unlock business opportunities.
3. Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing and leads generation strategies and relationship management.
4. Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Employer Partners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure generation of sales for iMasFinance and iMasInsurance business.
5. Implement strategies that will ensure market penetration at existing companies.
6. Promote alternative channels and digital enablement within Employer Partners for service delivery.
7. Organize, prepare and execute Wellness days, Financial Awareness training, Presentations and Meetings with Employer Partners and Unions.
8. Create innovative client engagement opportunities.
9. Successful roll-out and implementation of new Employer Partners.
10. Update and maintain client data on the Customer Relations Management System.

Qualifications

1. Matric (Languages/Accounting/ Mathematics): Essential.
2. Diploma / Degree qualification in marketing, corporate communications or public relations: Recommended.

Experience

1. 3 to 5 years’ operational experience in a financing or banking environment.
2. 3 to 5 years Marketing/Public Relations & Sales.

Knowledge And Skills

1. Code 8 (EB) driver’s license (manual transmission vehicle).
2. Computer literacy (MS Office).
3. Marketing and Sales skills.
4. Understanding of Industry, our Competitors and Target Market.
5. Financial Products knowledge.
6. Relationship building and stakeholder relations management.
7. Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
8. Negotiation and persuasion skills.
9. Multilingualism (ability to communicate in multiple / diverse South African Official Languages).
10. Willingness to travel and out of hours availability.
