Job summary
A dynamic financial services company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and promote product offerings to Employer Partners in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing relationships, and creating awareness about financial products. This role requires a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong partnerships, ensuring market penetration and growth in sales.
Qualifications
- Matric essential, diploma/degree preferred in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations.
- 3 to 5 years operational experience in financing or banking, with marketing/public relations & sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing plans and manage relationships with Employer Partners.
- Create industry awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Organize wellness days and promote financial awareness training.

Job Purpose
- Marketing and promoting iMasFinance Value Proposition and product offerings to existing and potential Employer Partner Companies / Stakeholder Organizations
- The implementation of our Employer Partner relationship, marketing and communication strategy in Cape Town and surrounding areas in the Western Cape province.
Job Outputs
- Ensure the implementation of marketing plans within Employer Partners
- Create industry awareness and unlock business opportunities
- Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing and leads generation strategies and relationship management
- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Employer Partners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure generation of sales for iMasFinance and iMasInsurance business
- Implement strategies that will ensure market penetration at existing companies
- Promote alternative channels and digital enablement within Employer Partners for service delivery
- Organize, prepare and execute Wellness days, Financial Awareness training, Presentations and Meetings with Employer Partners and Unions
- Create innovative client engagement opportunities
- Successful roll-out and implementation of new Employer Partners
- Update and maintain client data on the Customer Relations Management System
Qualifications
- Matric (Languages/Accounting/ Mathematics): Essential
- Diploma / Degree qualification in marketing, corporate communications or public relations: Recommended
Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ operational experience in a financing or banking environment
- 3 to 5 years Marketing/Public Relations & Sales
Knowledge And Skills
- Code 8 (EB) driver’s license (manual transmission vehicle)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
