Responsibilities
- Manage bank reconciliations and inter-company transactions.
- Process payroll and VAT submissions for approximately 50 staff.
- Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and BOM for month-end journals.

- Payroll (PAYE, UIF, COIDA) and VAT processing and submissions (±50 staff)
- Process creditor invoices and payment schedules weekly
- Assist with export document processing
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Maintain BOM and WIP for month end journals
- Complete audit pack up to trial balance for external auditors annual financial statement processing
- Assisting with the audit process, working with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Collaborate with sales team, marketing team and production to formulate budgets and cash flow projections
- Oversee stock taking procedures
- Compilation and presentation of quarterly board pack (consolidated management accounts, budgets, cash flow projections, and variances)
- Manage key customer processes (invoice, distribution, statements)
- Effectively communicate financial information and analysis to various stakeholders within the organisation
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Xero software
- Excel Advanced
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of consolidations and group reporting
