They're seeking a talented and driven Solar Grid Engineer to design, develop, and optimize solar power systems that integrate seamlessly into the energy grid.

• Design and engineer grid-connected solar PV systems and battery storage solutions
• Conduct power flow, voltage regulation, and grid impact analyses
• Collaborate with utility companies and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with interconnection standards
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvements
• Lead and support commissioning and testing of new installations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in solar PV systems and grid interconnection
• Proficiency with software tools such as PVSyst, ETAP, AutoCAD, and/or PowerFactory
• Strong understanding of IEEE, NEC, and UL standards related to solar and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean energy innovation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with utility-scale solar or hybrid systems
• PE license or progress toward licensure
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and remote monitoring
