We are looking for a Green Energy Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from feasibility to commissioning
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations and permitting requirements
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and adjust plans as necessary
• Oversee procurement of materials and contractorselection processes
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
• Identify funding sources such as grants, subsidies, and PPA agreements
• Stay current with technological advances and industry trends in renewable energy

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, in the renewable energy sector
• Proven experience delivering solar, wind, or energy efficiency projects on time and within budget
• Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Preferred:

• Knowledge of renewable energy financing models (e.g., PPAs, tax equity, feed-in tariffs)
• Experience with energy modeling and analysis tools
• LEED, PMP, or other relevant certifications
