Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant

We’re Hiring a Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant!

Full-time, On-Site Position – East London, Eastern Cape.

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a flair for social media? We’re on the lookout for a full-time team member to join us at The Marketing Designer & Co.

This is not a freelance or remote opportunity – we’re building a hands-on, collaborative team right here in studio. If you're excited to be part of a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for!

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years industry experience in graphic design
2. Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (Bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Meta Suite and/or Canva)
3. Strong language skills
4. Highly organised with great attention to detail
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
6. A portfolio of work

What You’ll Do:

1. Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
2. Manage and grow social media accounts
3. Write engaging copy and conceptual content ideas
