Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print collateral.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides for various clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into creative design solutions.
• Prepare files for print production and digital deployment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
• Create storyboards and mockups for video or motion graphics projects when required.
• Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Archive and organize design assets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
