Your Qualifications:
- Formal Education: Degree or a National Diploma in Graphic Design
- Experience: Minimum of five years' experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Publisher)

English proficiency is required to fulfill the following duties:
Website Design and Maintenance:
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites.
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Ensure websites are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Perform routine website updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
Social Media Design and Management:
- Create visually engaging graphics, banners, and posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to execute social media campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
General Design & Development:
- Create high-end, polished, and engaging presentations aligned with brand identity.
- Design and develop graphics and multimedia content for product illustrations, logos, websites, newsletters, videos, and animations.
- Provide quality control over concepts, processes, deliverables, and projects.
- Guide research and development projects, drive innovation, and advise on new techniques.
- Ensure current brand guidelines are followed and improved upon.
- Ensure all communication messaging meets brief specifications and that designs are of the highest quality.
Develop innovative, creative designs and ideas.
- Create compelling graphics and content for social media platforms.
- Edit, modify, and design elements on websites.
- Assist in UX design requirements.
- Meet various design and typesetting requirements of the marketing team.
- Design and improve digital experiences (websites, microsites, apps).
People:
Market the company professionally to clients and prospective clients, maintaining sound business relationships with existing clients.
Communicate clearly, concisely, and understandably.
Relate effectively to a diverse range of people of varying backgrounds, ages, experience, and education levels.
Processes:
Ensure support in all processes related to marketing, graphic design, and technology, utilizing firm databases, software, and applications to support marketing and proposal requests.
