Graphic Designer position currently available in Paarl.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute design asset for social media, digital ads, presentations, and print materials.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand collateral including brochures, flyers, business cards, and internal documents.
- Produce graphics for web, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through visual storytelling.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
- Prepare artwork for production and liaise with external vendors when necessary.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from senior team members.
- Maintain an organised workflow while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Report on project progress and present design work to senior management when required.
- Remain calm and focused under pressure while delivering high-quality results on tight timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design.
- Ability to manage feedback, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines without compromising creativity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to present ideas to senior management.
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms; basic understanding of UX/UI principles is advantageous
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Video editing, animation, or photography skills.
