Graphic Designer

We're Hiring : Graphic Designer (In-House | Umhlanga | Immediate Start)

CMZA – a bold, creative-led digital agency based in Umhlanga – is looking for a Graphic Designer who's as strategic as they are creative. This is an in-house role for someone who knows how to design for attention, understands human behaviour, and wants to create work that performs, not just looks good.

What you'll do :

1. Design assets for ads, social media, email marketing, and campaigns
2. Translate content strategies into clean, effective creative
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (copywriters, videographers, strategists)
4. Work across multiple brands and industries in the digital space

Bonus : If you have web design / dev skills, even better

What we're looking for :

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital or creative role
2. Strong portfolio across paid ads, email, and social media
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. An understanding of target audiences and design psychology
5. Excellent spelling, layout, and attention to detail
6. Organised, collaborative, and eager to learn
7. Not afraid of integrating AI tools
8. Based in Durban and available immediately to work in-house at our Umhlanga office
