Your key job responsibilities will include:
- The Graphic Designer will work at the intersection of creativity and performance, delivering eye-catching assets that elevate the brand and drive results.
- Designing visually impactful and conversion-focused assets.
- Paid marketing campaigns (social media, display ads).
- In-app visuals and product UI elements.
- Web content (hero banners, icons, imagery).
- Offline collateral (flyers, posters, point-of-sale material).
- Collaborating closely with acquisition, content, and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Interpreting briefs and transforming them into engaging visuals that speak to the target audience.
- Maintaining design systems and ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in graphic design (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (please share Behance, Dribbble, etc.).
- Experience designing within strict brand guidelines for performance marketing.
- Exceptional skills in layout, lighting, shadows, and image composition (especially for banners).
- Ability to adapt visual styles for different regions, audiences, or campaigns.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Icon set creation.
- SVG animation skills.
- Motion design or basic animation experience.
- Interest or background in UX/UI.
- Understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive design frameworks.
