We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our team! Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll aim to help Exodus run a quality design resource internally.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the production of a range of marketing assets, used across the business to project our brand image to new and existing customers - essentially showing them that we are the best adventure travel company to book their next trip with.

What you’ll do:
- You’ll be responsible for in-house graphic design and artwork, including print publications, leaflets, magazine/newspaper adverts, OOH adverts, and merchandise.
- You will also be skilled in digital design to produce in-house digital design projects including social media creative, display advertising, website banners, digital OOH and email graphics.
- You’ll be editing video content for a multitude of channels where video footage is needed, such as TV advertising, paid social, YouTube and events.
- Proficient in creating dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance digital storytelling and elevate the brand.
- You’ll provide a consistently high level of quality and design according to existing brand guidelines across all internally produced marketing material and documents.
What you’ll bring:
- You have professional experience—preferably within the travel industry—as well as excellent desktop publishing skills within the full Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- You’re a high-level Microsoft Office user—particularly of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
- You’re a creative individual who can deliver concepts through to final artwork, who has a true passion for design and branding along with an acute understanding of how to make a brand identity come to life through many different channels.
- Visual aesthetics come naturally to you and you are obsessive about the universal design rules when building brand-new creative concepts.
- You genuinely care about the details, proof-reading final designs and always ensuring spacing, leading, and kerning are aesthetically correct.
- You’re friendly and approachable, with an ambitious attitude and the ability to prioritize your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities.
- Having a keen interest in travel—specifically adventure travel—is also desirable.
