Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms, including social media, web, email marketing, and promotional materials.
2. Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
3. Design layouts, graphics, typography, and illustrations for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
4. Collaborate with the Design Manager and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine design ideas.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
6. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
4. Experience in web design, UI/UX principles, and social media content creation is a plus.
5. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
7. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but Not Required):

1. Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience.
2. Knowledge of print production processes.
3. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web design.
