Job summary

neXgro is recruiting an Operations Administrator to support the Producers department. The role covers contract administration, daily JSE transactions, hedge checks, and farmer inquiries in a fast-paced agtech environment.

The ideal candidate will have Matric or higher, strong Excel skills, and be fluent in Afrikaans and English, with a track record in team leadership and meticulous record keeping.

Qualifications

• Matric, Diploma or degree or equivalent will be preferred.
• Experience in grain logistics would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

• Administration of procurement contracts from initiation to conclusion.
• Process daily transactions on the JSE and audit yesterday's hedge checks.
• Handle farmer inquiries and respond quickly to requests.
• Manage reports, payments, and contract administration to ensure timely flow.
• Load LMS data daily and assist marketers with LMS processes.
• Provide feedback on risk management inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
